The energy has hit a strange eeriness between ourselves and others today. An underlying tension? Perhaps a little intolerance? It's important to step back if others are Driving You Crazy and look at how you are feeling towards YOURSELF.
Do you have a 'to-do' list a mile long that requires your attention, but you have been unable to get to it these past days? Reduce that mental pressure of obligations and duty IF you are able to. Focus on what you are motivated to focus on and everything else on your LIST can wait!

We are being guided to remain as stable and grounded as possible. Breathing slowly and consciously, spending time in nature and the elements, and relaxing. Nature offers a special peace, support and calmness that may be quite welcomed at the moment.
It may also be important for you to shed any old issues that seem to peer up from under the surface (in the form of a feeling or reaction). Let go of these 'old things' and step into the new. You may have already worked on them in the past and thought they had cleared. They did clear at one level, and now you have reached a new level, it's time to shed them a little deeper now. You are NOT going backwards, in fact it is a great sign of forward movement. But be cautious of burying your head in the sand - this is NOT the answer right now.
Step back and recognise that it may be best to SPEAK less today than to say harsh or over reactive words! So watch your communications on all fronts with all people!
Gently does it and LOOK WITHIN - this wave will soon pass!
