The WARRIOR returns..
We flowed into day 3
feeling that the energy was different and that this would likely be
one of the most intense and therefore productive days of the series
so far! It sure was just that!
Shifting a lot of
powerless issues connecting with the past, the mind and old
relationships something very deep was stirring. We did a lot of
drumming, worked with the phoenix, the solar energy and conversation
to move the energy.

After lunch the whole
dynamics changed and we did a very empowering Shamanic Drumming
Journey to meet a Power Animal and see what we could learn from them.
Following this we drummed and welcomed our animal into our body as a
way to honour and celebrate who we are and the animal.
As we have done every
day, we then spent some time sending LOVE out around the world and
bringing it back to us.
Such a huge day – we
moved through so much in such a short space of time.
Today we flow into the
next of the seven major chakras – the HEART!
